Director of IS/IT, Development & Programmer (Position Outsourced)

Responsible for design and implementation of a network to merge three primary companies while linking a total of five companies to a centralized network service. Managed the project to centralize company data using SQL server for market basket analysis, and personally supervised the development of a custom application to manage the price book for a chain of 62 convenience stores chain. Managed all daily financial and payroll reporting. Average budgets: Communication $45k/mo, IT $35k, Start-up $1.2m over 3 years.

Network Support Specialist (Sold to Paine Webber, which moved IT to NJ, elected not to move)

I was part of a team responsible for branch office network installation and support for 90 remote sites in 17 states.  Managed system monitoring for remote sites and maintained all remote site documentation.

Managed migration of 37 Lowe’s locations from token-ring to Ethernet topology.
